Growing up
The many things that happened recently really made me feel like, I’m really growing up. No longer that immature sec 2 who even used to skip cell to go out w friends, nor the one who did not give regular attendance. But someone who is taking up more and more responsibilities in church mainly, and working towards being someone whom the leaders(mainly Tiffy) can count on in the cell, and for the younger ones to count on in the outreach.
WM, the school outreach leaders forum, HOMERUN, being the only worship leader in the cell for now, and simply being a support for the cell, planning for the outreach, being a shepherd, and getting ready to shepherd the flock if they come in after homerun. As a 16 year old, I think it’s getting a little, just a little, overwhelming because they are all coming at one shot, but I think, it’s only the beginning. The thing is, I’m happy doing things like these. :) rather than a chore or a burden, at least doing all these really makes me feel accomplished as a mere 16 year old, because I know, I’m making my life count.
In 3 days time, it marks the 3rd anniversary of my journey in church. Never did I regret accepting Him. Thank You for Your faithfulness. :’)
